We would like to welcome you to ILA 1248.
org, and to apologize for the length of time
it has taken us to post Retirees' information,
but now that we have gotten started, it should
turn out to be a very informative site for
all our Retirees'.
ILA RETIREES' LOCAL #1

As of this date this is the only Charted
ILA Retirees' local from Maine to Texas.
Anyone who is receiving a pension from the
ILA is entitled to join. Our meetings are
every 4th Wednesday of the month, at ILA
Local 1248 union hall, on 3300 East Princess
Anne Rd, at 1:00 pm.

This cruise is open to anyone, please specify
that this is the cruise for ILA Retirees'
Local #1, when calling the travel service,
so that you may receive the ILA Retirees'
discount.
On March 31,2001, we are having a Dinner/
Fashion show.This is to promote New Membership
to ILA Local #1, and also to Local 1248 Ladies
Auxillary. The price will be 12.00 per person,
this entitles you to dinner and fashion show,
and also will cover your active dues for
2001. So, please try to attend, we feel it
will be alot of fun. If you know anyone that
is Retired or a widow of a Retiree, that
has not joined our organization, please give
them a call and invite them to our meetings.
The more members we have, the stronger and
better we will become.
We try to do our best on keeping all our
information as up to date as possible. In
doing this we usually try to update the website
around the first of every month. The way
you can tell if has been updated is, on our
homepage above "Labor Orders",
we have a "Website Last Updated"
posted in red with the date. Thank you for
